They were control decks, ok...

I know flash is restricted and may not be useful in deck in any other way and rector can't be summoner's pacted but Flash+Rector Academy gives us for 1U instant access to yawgmoth's bargain or any other expensive enchantment in our deck (dream halls, future sight, mind over matter or wathever...) most of them should be instat win.
