Fling takes 9 pumps to make him lethal.
Infiltrate takes 19.
That could be too late. This is why Fling is used in budget builds. But I don't recommend playing Tog if you can't make it of the green variety. If you like Aggro Combo, Try Food Chain Goblins, Gro, or Masknaught.

If you use Exalted instead of Morphling you can use the almighty hoser Damping Matrix. If you play in an aggro metagame, I found 2 Scrying 1 Future Sight > 3 Ophidians.

LoA is required for any control mirror.
Also, for the 3 color viability, I will say no. Atleast with 2 you can get around B2B, throwing in 3 is out of the question. Stick with W for Decree and STP, or Red for RNR and Fire. Please, only one.
