Duncan,

I playtested your deck against my UBR Tez deck, and I have to admit that your deck wins with 65%
But during playstesting I always missed Tolarian academy (to play Mindīs Desire and mana acceleration)
Why did you not put the TA in your deck?

Hi Arjan, thanks for the lists!
Robin's deck misses 5 maindeck cards, probably some Islands and something else...

LOL I now see that you are right.  Very Happy
The cards that are missing are:

3 Island
1 Time Vault
1 Mana Vault

Thanks for your accuracy

On the manacrypt.nl I red a discussion about the decklist had to be more early online, maybe Iīam stupid but why donīt we digitalize our decklist BEFORE??? Almost everybody has a computer with internet or have a friend who does. When you describe before a tournament you can in Excel or Word put your deck and email it to the organizer.
Do you want to play an other deck or you have some changes, you email before saturday evening at 00:00 your final decklist and thatīs it. No more time wasted at the beginning of the tournament with seatings, always readable decklist en after the tournament, the decklists of the top 8 can be posted at an instant.

Maybe a test pilot at the 8th edition?
I don't see this work because of last minute changes due to discussion in the car on your way to the tournament/cards you want to buy at the site but cannot find/sideboard decision because of some pre-tournament scouting.

However, handing in a printed decklist (with maybe some last-minute handwritten changes) instead of a handwritten decklist would help I think. For the rest, it's just typing 8 lists, what are we talking about? Chicago's list took me only an hour.

Duncan, I think discussing in the car to the tournament make changes after many play testing a bit funny, plus you can make proxies so thatīs not an problem either

First Time that I made top 8 in the Dutch Vintage Tournament and finished fifth place.  Very Happy
I had to pick first prize of the losers 4 and I had the choice between nice cards. I chose the Tolarian Academy plus Prerelease Questing Phelddagrif in Greek and 1 booster Conflux.

61 players is pretty awesome.  Could you give any insight into what is making these tournaments a success for you guys?

Man I hope those prizes for 3-8 were great because a Pearl and a mana drain seems light for a 61 person tourney.

Although I'm happy I made the top 8 and won a nice price, I think the big difference between the first 4 prices and the last 4 prices is too big.
Especially the prices from place 16 to 8 were a lot off boosters Conflux, and the difference between them and the 8-5 place off the top 8 were too small.
OK I understand that the prices are quaranteed but sometimes you lose money and sometimes you make money. But with 61 contestants, you could have put more boosters conflux to the Top 8
I hope you will rearrange the prices the next time.

Except the prizemix, you made a wonderful tournament, keep going with the very good work. And I will keep coming from Arnhem to play in Breda, The Dutch Vintage Capital!!!
I look forward to see the photo and video coverage Wink
