Maybe no Java is installed in your browser. So you should visit www.java.com for downloading it.

For those who want more than just tipp "TMD" in the JavaApplet, I added a more graphically smilie.
By pressing ":TMD" this graphic "" will appear instead of the text

I hope the colors and so on are ok for you...

I'm sorry that I couldn't test it, because my computer "don't like" Java Applet's, but normally it should work...

I think, "online playtesting" is the best solution.

I have the same problem with finding other serious Type 1 player in my neighbourhodd, so online playtesting was the last posibility to play a high niveau game...

Try to make friends somewhere around here and I'm sure you'll get one of the best MTG player's
