without a way to remove counters, i think it may be a little too powerful.  you could make a very strong creatureless deck with this as it is very good spot removal.  with as many ways as there are to replenish life totals you could definitely build a strong control deck out of this.  perhaps if you adjust the cost some, perhaps to (B)(B)  to make it less splashable.  i also think it would be good of the activated ability would give people the option to remove counters instead of just putting them on.  the activation cost is good, though.  instead of saying "At the beginning of each player's turn" it should be "At the beginning of each player's upkeep."  i like the flavor and the idea.  very nice card.  thats my 2 cents.

i like the idea of making it just an enchantment rather that "Enchant Creatures."  that is just strange.  i think Ephraim's wording works just fine.  also, to get around having two of this card in play, you could simply make it an Enchant World.

while i disagree about the wording, i will concede.  card text is now updated.  thanks.

the problem with your wording, Marco, is that there are still plenty of "cards" that are not revealed by the opponent.  for example, are the cards in that player's library, your library, your hand, etc. "revealed this way?"  no.  but they are cards nonetheless.  if you do not specify that it only counts the nonrevealed cards in the opponent's hand then it would most likely be an instant kill since Burning Secrets does not allow the opponent to reveal every card in the game.  thanks for the suggestion though.  i think the text length is fine.
