Is there an actual payout amount planned. like 80% to prize or something. With no guaranteed prizes listed it might be nice to set a percentage since hobbytown has very limited Magic product as is.
Once we pay Jeff, the owner, fees for using the spare space in the store (He figures around thirty bucks for the AC), around 90% of the money will go to prize support. The actual percentages for prizes are yet to be determined based on the number of people attending. If there's less than 16, there will be prizes for Top4 and a door prize or two. If there are around 16-24 attendees, we'll have a few more door prizes. Anything above 24 will result in prizes for the Top8.

Depends on how budget you mean and whether your meta allows proxies. Ideally, for that meta I would suggest Manaless Ichorid with a combo kill. If your read of the meta is correct, there is probably not much graveyard hate running around, and Needle doesn't sound that optimal either, so Ichorid should thrive. With no combo, you can always race, and Ichorid can largely ignore the permission and lock parts which seem to be dominating currently.
If, for whatever reason, Ichorid hate still abounds, I would suggest BUG Fish. Null Rod is a real beating against this field, and Goyf should give you the edge against the WUB Fish. Be sure to sideboard heavily against that Oath, though.
Ichorid seems to be the nuts in your metagame. But as elgrillo said, if you're not allowed proxies for Bazaar, then don't waste your time. It's a fun and easy deck to play with. All you need to know how to do is count to six and know about the stack in some cases. But always push to win every game 1 you play, because then they board in all their hate, then you have all to side in your hate for game three. One thing I'd worry about if you're playing Ichorid is if you're playing in a casual metagame, people will hate you. It's not a fun deck to play against as far as my preferences go.

A few things:
Esperzoa is a freaking house. A friend of mine played it over Juggz in No More Heroes at the ICBM Open yesterday. It's so sneaky no matter what you drop for purpose of staxx.
If you can manage it, play green for Tarmogoyf. It gets around all artifact hate your opponent will board in.
And why not Solemn Simulacrum? It's kind of efficient as a mid-game accelerant.
And finally, myr retriever. It totally recurs any relevant artifact in your yard, such as your bombs.

Have you ever considered playing Maze of Ith as tech on aggro? You do have the Crop Rotations.
Or even splash Red (and I mean Splash) for Barbarian Ring. It seems like this would make the deck a little faster see as you have the means to recur it. It also means spot removal for small Fish creatures.

a few things....... Have you thought about tinker/robot? Life from the lome or crucibleof worlds?
I also agree you need a brainstorm/mystical. maybe even a ponder. and you should drop a rebuild to sb in place of jitte as per lord shaper.
Also what are your thoughts about cannonist?
Tinker/Robot is a good suggestion, but I think it would take out too many cards for the deck to be consistent. However, I will test it out. Loam would be interesting, but I do not have any spells I can play out of the yard. It's Fish, not Ichorid. Crucible seems like a better choice if any. It will help my incredibly shit mana base, as well as possibility for Strip_Lock. Canonist. It seems like good board for a Fish mirror. It gets raped by Shop. Ichorid, for the most part, doesn't give a shit. It however kills Combo. Thanks for the excellent suggestion.

Few quick suggestions, add a Brainstorm and either mystical tutor or Merchant Scroll. Also be careful when it comes to jitte, any good aggro player who sees you using it should board back in all of their null rods. Also I would cut one mage and maybe a goyf to fit brainstorm and a tutor in. I would also add one echoing truth in place of a rebuild.
Understand the Echoing Truth in place of a rebuild, and if I play Merchant Scroll and Mystical Tutor this makes it a lot easier to get my outs faster and more conveniently. The only thing I would think about now is what to replace Jitte with in the board if I don't think it'll be useful. More shop hate, maybe?

I believe the 3 open slots should be Null Rod or you can remove another STP for a 4th Null Rod. Null Rod is golden in the deck especially if you are against Tezz.
Also, I would remove True Believer and place Ethersworn Cannonist. Its better for the combo matchups.
Null Rod is most certainly a must for any Fish Deck. It easily sides out for any of your nut sideboard hate. I do see where True Believer is good, but if you're playing it just so you don't get pooped on by any Storm Combo BS. Ethersworn Canonist all the way. It's good against a ton of stuff. For example, dropping it turn 1 when you're on the play against any not-so-optimal Shop build. It also slows down creature-heavy fish by about a turn or two depending on it's colors.

Hey, all. I'm new to vintage, and I played Cold Fish today at the Open today at Xtreme Games in Lindhurst. I went 2-4-1, if this information is at all relevant. The maindeck and sideboard were as follows:
4x Noble Heirarch 4x Quasali Pridemage 3x Aven Mindcensor 4x Meddling Mage 4x Tarmogoyf 4x Cold-Eyed Selkie (23)
1x Time Walk (24)
1x Ancestral Recall 2x Rebuild (Dodges Chalice at 2) 4x Force of Will 4x Daze (35)
1x Mox Pearl 1x Mox Sapphire 1x Mox Emerald 1x Black Lotus 4x Null Rod (43)
3x Tropical Island 3x Tundra 1x Island 3x Polluted Delta 3x Flooded Strand 3x Wasteland 1x Strip Mine (60)
Sideboard
3x Swords to Plowshares (for mirror) 4x Children of Korlis (Combo/Ichorod hate) 2x Relic of Progenitus (Ichorid hate) 3x Trygon Predator (artifact hate) 3x Umezawa's Jitte (Because it's amazing.) (15)
The one thing I noticed was that I lose to and Shop deck, unless I have nut openers. I always manage to take a game, but whatever they board in seems to have the nuts on me. My teammate and I were discussing Seeds of Innocence, but it's a matter of what I take out. I was thinking take out the Mindcensors, replace them with Trygon so I have a better game 1, and the Seeds will replace the Trygon slot in the SB, but I'm not sure if that is in any way the best way to optimize my Shop game. Any friendly advice?
