Do not sell to www.anycraze.com. After about 10 trade-ins that went great, they accepted over $200.00 in cards and refused to email me or respond to my emails asking where the payment was. It's a shame cause they pay good on some dumb cards (i.e: $4.00 for Mana Flares, keep in mind this was awhile back, could have changed now)

The one time I didn't use delivery confirmation, they ripped me off.

I would have accepted the "they got lost in the mail, therefore we can't pay you" excuse, but they didnt even reply at all!!!

Hi Dandan, thanks for accepting my bid via my PM. Are you able to accept Paypal as payment? If not, do you think RVS can?

I may bid on a few other items depending on what type of payment type I can figure out to send you.

Also, good luck in your effort and I applaud your generosity to helping others.

Hi!

I'm looking for a place and time as to where Type I is played in the Pittsburgh Area.

I saw the thread in the tournament forum regarding the Sapphire tournament but I was unable to responde and didnt want to just send a random AOL IM and annoy either of you.

I live a few miles north of Pittsburgh and Shadyside is only like 10 minutes from me so I would like to play a few games some time.

Actually, I would rather be IM'd than have you post this here - and so would everyone else. In the future use private messaging or like I said, just IM me.

4  Vintage Community Discussion / General Community Discussion / New Card Shop in Oakmont, PA (near Pittsburgh) on: August 03, 2004, 04:01:36 pm
Hi everyone,

Mr. Nice Guy Games is now open in Oakmont, PA. They are on Allegheny Blvd near the Hulton Rd intersection, right by Oakmont Tavern and Fox's Pizza there.

If you've been to any prereleases you may already know Adam Maffeii and Ron Kotwica, the owners.

They have an awesome singles collection including some Power and I was talking to them about doing Type I in the future.

Check them out if you are in the area. Unfortunately I don't have their phone number handy right now.

A quick eBay tip here. I have 6 of the 10 power now, and this is a tip how to get it cheap.

Basically, i bookmark a search that i did on ebay, which is the Magic category, only show Buy-it-now, sort by Newly listed. So as soon as I go to it, I get the newest listings.

If you get lucky here you will already find something.

In addition to this, if you see Power or some nice older cards on the front page you just loaded, click on 'View seller's other items'. It will show items he has listed but they still haven't gone through the system to show up on searches yet, only his seller page.

I got a Library of Alexandria for 80.00 2 weeks ago, and also a Black Lotus, EX- for 310.00 about 2 months ago, using this same idea.

You just have to be patient and wait for the best deal.

Oh, and another thing. I do not understand why alot of people value Mox Pearl over Emerald. I think Emerald is more widely used so I can't figure that out.
