I played 2 Bouncers MD last Dülmen and i very much liked them. Not only are they strong (albeit a bit slow) vs Oath, they also helped vs Gorger, Auriok Salvager Combo and a tinkered DC.
Round 6: ? - U/R/W Landstill Game 1: He shuffles up and draws his hand, then tells me he forgot to de-sideboard. We call the judge over and he ends up getting a game loss. Not the way I want to win to be sure, and I feel bad for him.
SB: Out - 4 Trinisphere. In - 3 Red Elemental Blast, 1 Triskelion.
Just fyi, you are not allowed to sideboard if you didnt actually play out a game yet.
My hand is something like Land, Mox Jet, Ancestral Recall, Duress, Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual, and Timetwister. I play Ancestral and it resolves. I played Jet and Duressed him
The inclusion of 3sphere AND void looks like over-extending to me. Also the rituals really suck when topdecked under a 3sphere and you are playing without a reliable draw engine or a way to get rid of unwanted cards. Have you tested further hand-disruption in this slot, like Hymn to Tourach?
Also Demonic Consultation seems to be the better choice over Vampiric Tutor, since you don't run alot of 1-ofs and Consultation gives u the card u need right now and doesnt have bad synergy with Necro.
I'm playing budgetized WTF/r as well but my list differs from yours:
1. im playing Elvish Spirit Guides instead of Cloud of Fairies to allow for more consistent turn 1 threats.
2. i opted for Dryads instead of River Boas because w/ Boas and Lavamancers you would need r&g all the time to keep em active which is nearly impossible with so many strip effects in todays metagame.

Imho you should replace Rishadan Port with CoW. Rishadan Port is a trade of 2 of your own lands vs one of your opponents and he can still use it to cast instants during his upkeep, whereas CoW allows you to kill one of his lands per round. If you make that change then of course you should be playing Factories as well and put thought into maybe playing Crop Rotation.
