disrupt is not good in any deck in any format, unless no less than 50 better blue counterspells have been banned. It is not good against draw 7, EBA, Tog, Gro, Slaver(and variants), or any other top type 1 deck

i was just wondering, is there a way to win the game on the first turn without using any card that has been banned or restricted in any format ever, anyone?
this thread is gonna get locked with much fastness
