Hi Methuselahn. Yes, that surely was an overstatement. Maybe the term I was looking for was powered decks since with proxies players dont have constraints.

Two weekends ago the Vintage "El Barbas" October tournament was held in Barakaldo, a town in the Basque Country. 16 players attended to enjoy a great day of Vintage. This tournaments have a 75 proxy policy, so full powered competitive decks are the norm. This post wil be updated as new content is published in Win&In.

Hi everybody! It's a pleasure to introduce Win&In, a recently created spanish MTG site, to such a great community as The Mana Drain.
