Even though I played Fish and not GAT, I need to emphasize just how good Spell Pierce was.  It saved my butt like no tomorrow against a lot of decks where any other card would have been a blank.

This is Ben.  It was my first time ever playing Vintage, and I wanted to thank everyone for being so welcoming to a newbie like me.  IT was a blast, and I can't wait for the next one!

Also, Leonin Arbiter is the real deal against a lot of the Black decks, though with all the MUD and Stax I had to play, he was mainly a bear.
