What decks would you run in this version of the banlist?

I'm not quite sure if this is the right section of the forums to post this, but here it goes:

Recently, my playgroup and I have been having a discussion about what deck/decks would be dominant in a format if EVERYTHING was unrestricted (excluding ante cards, chaos orb and other such cards.) Seeing as my playgroup is mostly casual/t2 competitive with only 2 legacy players, we didn't really know what we were talking about. I figured that if anyone would be informed on this topic it would be the users at themanadrain.

So what would happen? Would the format devolve into dumb turn one combo decks with x4 black lotus and force of will/pact of negation? Would it be, in any way, balanced? Would it come down to everyone playing the exact same deck?

Please, give your opinions on what decks would be run/not run, and what we would see in that kind of metagame.

I should also probably mention that I haven't been on this forum for very long, so if this has been brought up before, someone tell me.
