I was recently at a small tourney and played against a UBg Hexmage/Depths list. It was really solid, and played 1 Lim-Dul's Vault, which seemed like a good play. I think the combo is obviously easier to get off with blue, and the deck seemed more stable with being to switch it out post board into more of a Gro deck.

I was the gentleman with RUG Delver that sadly had to leave (was in town for business and had to go to work). Had a great time with you guys!  Go figure, the one time I was in the zone, I couldn't play it out Sad The deck played really well all day, and some quality matches gave me some insight on some potential changes.

Congrats to Mike and Craig!

While currently this system would hurt my ability to play certain decks, I am planning on getting the few cards that I do not have that are of value but would be considered "not-proxyable". For those who are not intending on getting those cards, it would be a bigger issue I believe because while most legacy players have the duals and forces, they may not have some of the other, smaller stuff like people mentioned with Snapcaster, or even Tarmogoyf which is still a beating to the wallet as it stands.

In Braintree for work this week, so I will be able to get away for a rare Sunday of vintage! Looking forward to getting to play at a different store.

I recently started to build/test this and played it at the Grudge match this past weekend. My thoughts were a shops heavy meta, but alas that was not quite the case. I saw Oath, Tezz x 2, and Belcher before I dropped to eat/trade/tichu and was not pleased with how the deck ran. I can post my list sometime, but for now it is MB and I wanted to keep it that way, but with the current state, the green splash is probably necessary to get rid of oath/spheres/CotV@2, etc. I played 2 Null Rod main and 2 in the side and was happy with the disruption it caused; chalice I am unsure about currently but I will have to play around with it. I am also tinkering with Gatekeeper main for an edict effect/bear that puts pressure with a Bob and/or Hexmage; worked at getting rid of a Sphinx/I was able to play it as a bear against Belcher (granted, I know that this is not a deck that I will see often).

Also, if anyone is making the trek from State College, let me know as I would like to go and my friend above would like to as well.
