This card is going to be in every Standard deck, unless I'm missing something.

Not sure if this is really that great in Vintage, as it is deadweight unless you get it in your opening hand.  I suppose you could do the whole serum powder thing, but even then it is pretty much useless against combo unless you're lucky and hit some mox.  And I realize it still can knock out cards in their hand, but is it really worth setting up a whole deck for a card that minimally impacts combo?  Just feel like any deck you build around it would be so lackluster against combo that it's not really worth it. 

Maybe in Stax it could work though.
