Thats a little out of context. I think what was said is if a person spends all their time pimping out their deck, and then they restrict something in the deck and make it to where it loses to alot of other decks, it makes the efforts of the person who gets Asian LED with Pikachu on it suffer. Also if there is a card that hoses my deck there is no reason why I shouldnt complain about it.
