I don't know if anyone has tested the match up, but how well does this deck play against Sensei, Sensei. Or is the match up similar enough to TPS?

In the other thread the idea of Crucible was denied because of the mana curve of the deck. Three mana could be better spent than with Crucible. Also with the 5 strip effects it is unlikely you will need more than you draw.
Mox diamond is intersting but sets up a card disadvantage. But with the upped land count could be a good choice.

Hello, my name is Aron. Ive been playing black decks since I started playing magic.
Now what do you guys think of Emissary of Despair as a SB card.
Its a 2/1 for 1BB
Flying, When it deals damage to a player he or she loses 1 damage for each artifact they control. I was just thinking this could help out with the CS and Artifact heavy decks. What do you guys think?

How many Chalices should be run then 2 or 3? 4 is way too many, how may is everyone else playing?

I know this build is not U/G, but it still has some similar card choices.
I like this build for it control nature thats all.
U/W
4 Mishra's Factory
4 Flooded strand
4 Wasteland
1 Strip mine
4 Tundra
3 Island
2 Mox U/W
1 Black Lotus
1 Ancestral
4 Daze
4 Force of Will
4 Standstill
4 Swords to Plowshares
2 Umezawa's Jitte
3 Aether Vial
4 Icatian Javalineers
4 Meddling Mage
3 Flying men
2 Ninja of the Deep Hours
2 Spiketail Hatchling

I just want to say that Jitte is amazing in this deck. It alone wins games. Also The flying men are quality. 1/1 for U with flying. its a quick drop and in the late game with a Jitte and counters on the Jitte it is so good. The Javalineers are for the welders and anything small enough to ping.
As for Chalice I see no need for it. I rather have it as a Sb card for combo than Mb.

Ya you are right, those slipped my mind. I don't know what I was thinking, but do you think they could be made possible. The dryad doesn't have to be enormous. If you drop and early Dryad then a Standstill and beat for 2 till they play a spell, you still draw into cantrips. If you drop the Chalice for Daze or something that increases the number of counter that can possibly go on Dryad.

@ Jacob, I was just wondering if you ever considered running Quirion Dryad in place of maybe Mongrel or something.
Also is there any better choices than the 4 MB Chalice, something like Daze? (sorry if some of this stuff was already discussed I skimmed over it quickly)

Crucible of Worlds....what to say about this card...I ran one last tourney and never saw it...In testing it actually won me a few games, but I don't think I will be running it in the future, it is too situational (maybe in the SB though against decks with wasteland??? I dunno)

About this, I don't think Crucible is all that necessary on the board. I have played through an opponents Crucible before and you can get by that if you keep moxen on the board. I just recently did it in a tournie. I would play a land use it let him waste it then keep doing that. Later in the match I played a Yawg Will then Tolarian Academy. Hardcast Portal, time walked. Then Hard casted a Duplucant and beats for the win.

Hello all, i am the other helping hand with lunar to the thread on starcitygames so feel free to ask questions.

@ crazedpenguinman: For the 2 extra spots main board I run Duplicant for the removal element. Also I would drop the Dual lands because of the Titan but it really doesn't matter. You could replace them with the cheaper pain lands but its up to you. Also i personally like the Duress over FOW for the fact its pro active and you don't have to pitch a card (especially with your low blue count of 12 it might just be a dead card).
Also I would replace the Mystical and Vampiric tutor for 1 W.Dragon and 1 Eternal Witness. I read that people are having trouble with the combo as well, you could be forcing the combo so that it wouldn't work. Also it is a back up win condition. The Portal and Titan should be 1st priority.

Is Death Spark even necessary? I mean you do have 2 Trikes to deal with them.
