Weathered Wayfarer in a stax variant....What's bad about having an unrestricted land tutor?
2  Vintage Community Discussion / General Community Discussion / Re: TMD OPEN 8 (Waterbury) Jan 28-29 on: December 26, 2005, 11:29:05 am

3  Vintage Community Discussion / General Community Discussion / Re: My cards have been stolen, has anyone else been through this? on: November 30, 2005, 06:48:59 pm
I've had some of my stuff stolen before. I had a deck of mine and a few of a friends cards yanked from me at this past Waterbury. I was very bitter about it for a while, but I've gotten over it, now.

Go Mac!!! Now, we all know if I had showed up that me and Mac would've owned, with Cabby right behind us. Sadly, I couldn't make it, so the luck stayed at home.*lol*

I would also like to point out that Eli Kassis beat the hell out of me in Top 4, not Joe Davis. I don't want him taking the credit for me getting my teeth kicked down my throat...

What? I got the 3rd place prize? Damn.....I thought I got the 4th place prize....oh well!!! Anyway, I hopefully will also be there for TMD Open 8, and will hopefully do a lot better on day 1.  I don't know, though....with baby and all, might be tough... But I'll definetley see what I can do. Thank you for the great weekend, Ray. I hope to do it again next weekend.

Congrats to Eli. He beat me in the Top 4 on Day 2. First gifts with force back-up will do that...lol. But anyway, I got an update. After losing to Eli Sunday night, I was waiting for my opponent to see if I got a Chains of Mephistophle or a Grim Tutor. I received a call from my pregnant girlfriend during this wait, in mid-panic because she might have gotten enduced. Thankfully, she did not get induced. SO I bolted for nothing, but I'd rather bolt and not have to, than not bolt and should have. True? But thanks to the Fish Man for a great tourney. I loved the whole weekend. I hope to go next year.

Also, if anybody found a deckbox with a proxied Type 2 deck in it, including 4 signed BOP's, 3 Jitte's, a Overgrown Tomb, 4 Llanowar Wastes and a few other things......It's mine. I lost somewhere between Friday night and Sunday. I would be very thankful if it's found.

Alright, for everyone who was at Waterbury last night, I want you guys to know that everything is okay. My girlfriend was NOT induced, thank god. She's just got a pretty rough bladder infection.

And I......think I have to work, but I'm not sure. If I don't have to, I very well could be there.

I didn't wear it to a lesbian wedding. I however went to a lesbian wedding. I went in formal gear. But I do wear the shirt often, because I'm damn proud of my uber-ridiculous draw against Dan for the win.

So anyway, next time there be a T1 tourney, gimme notice and I'll love to tag along. BTW, I hope you show up for the draft tomorrow night so I can see your purdy power card.....and other things....  Wink Until then, worship my pinto beans.

Yeah, I was there. I was the guy who sucked. I beat one guy there, and it was somebody I rode out there with. I really liked the store though. The owner was very nice. He even told me I was winning once, and not to tell anyone else. I am looking forward to the next time I get to go out there.
