Forgot to mention he has actually now converted them into 8th ed format.  So, you can actually get them in the old or new format now.  The 8th ed ones look pretty neat.  The foil template is still the old foil template (ie: the whole card is foiled, not just certain parts), just the card face is updated.  The moxen and lotus have tap arrows, and all the cards have updated text as well.

My friend is actually the person who makes those foil power proxies, they are very high quality.  They are made from actual foil magic cards, thus are the same thickness as a normal foil.  The thickness is consistant with that of a foil from a pack and will easily shuffle into a deck without any problems a normal foil wouldn't present.  But anyway, they were made from scans of my power and I use a set of them as proxies most of the time.
