I've been working on something to this effect, but my strategy is to put 1 of every common in whatever sets I can get my hands on into the stack. Having every common from the Onslaught block included makes Morph quite a bit more mysterious. I do, however, see how Morph just doesn't work for what you're trying to do. My stack currently includes:
9th Edition (Working on 7th and 8th as well) Odyssey Torment Judgment Onslaught Legions Scourge Mirrodin Fifth Dawn (Working on Darksteel) Champions of Kamigawa (Working on Betrayers and Saviors) Ravnica Unhinged

I was just thinking more along the lines of Trinket Mage fixing my mana if I already have Clamp.
The folks in Kentucky will definitely give this format a try. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

In addition to most of your list, I'm likely including:
Boros Fury-Shield Flickerform Seed Spark Copy Enchantment Dream Leash Ethereal Usher Followed Footsteps Spawnbroker Stasis Cell Vigor Mortis Excruciator Hunted Dragon Ordruun Commando Goliath Spider Hunted Troll Pollenbright Wings Vulturous Zombie Woodwraith Corrupter (We play with infinite lands) Boros Guildmage Dimir Guildmage (A little worried about this one) Gaze of the Gorgon

I've never had a problem with making creatures important. What I do is this:
1. Never let the amount of non-creature cards exceed the amount of creatures. There are far more creatures in my stack than answers to creatures. 2. Don't be afraid to put sub-optimal cards in there. For instance, many people would think something like Enormous Baloth is awful. In my stack, it's a threat like any other beater. 3. Put as many cards as possible in there, and only draft part of them. My stack has over 600 cards and it's still growing, but we just draft some set amount per player (generally 60). That way, it's always different. I have every possible sweeper, removal spell, and counterspell I can get in there, because the overall percentage of them is low. 4. Totally broken stuff is fine as long as you have enough ways to deal with it.

I thank you and Caleb for introducing me to the format, and I hope I showed that aggro can work within the few games I played.
As far as rotation, I think it is a good idea to rotate at least every once in a while. You could do it with 3 blocks or something instead of 2, if you want the cardpool to be large. I realize you don't want to lose Mirrodin block, but Ravnica block should bring its own consistency in the form of new Gold cards. I think if you decide not to rotate, you should eventually raise the color minimum to 20, since there will be more cards available to the slots.
Whatever you do, it'll work out fine.
