Hello. I'm Matt from Michigan; I started back when Unlimited was released, then quit shortly after Homelands. Then I started again when Onslaught was released, reaquired all my power, then quit after Scourge and sold my Lotus in the parking lot of a Pizza Hut to pay rent.

I'm currently going to school for Gemology, which -- for those who don't know -- is the study of precious/semi-precious stones mostly for the purposes of jewelery and so forth. This makes me moderately welcomed in a conversation with women and the scourge of a lot of folks who would just rather talk about grilling and explosives.

Anyhow, I'm back to playing now, more for the theory than the actual play. I own a lot of cards, but I rarely actually sit down to play a game because I just enjoy building decks a little more than arguing over timing rules and so forth. I played Stax, long ago, before it was Stax; my kill condition was Snake Basket with some Time Vaults thrown in. It would be horrible now, but it was mine, and at the time I thought Karn sucked.
