sounds great! I was planning to come to the saturday tournaments in both columbus and sandusky. If there are any stores or groups that meet up to play near cleveland I would be more than willing to drive that way as well. I wanted to get in on the thursday nights in columbus but it is too far of a drive to go down after work thursday night and be able to get to work in the morning on friday, assuming the tournament runs until at least midnight since it doesnt start until 7:30 pm. I am very excited to get back into mtg and play some vintage. There are a couple of stores right down the road from me that play magic nearly every day if not every day but no one plays vintage unfortunately and that is the only format that appeals to me. I would love to meet some vintage players to get some games in on a regular basis. Currently I have proxied about 7-8 decks that have done well from the current u.s. meta to test my deck against. I am currently piloting a Stax varient.

Hello, my name is Tom and I am from the Akron/Canton part of Ohio. I have been playing MTG off and on for a number of years, starting with Tempest. I have always loved the game but for one reason or another have gotten in and out of it. I played competitive type 2 for a number of years during the Urza block through Mirrodin but eventually grew weary of set rotations. Type 1 was always my favorite format and I played Keeper for a couple years before leaving the game the last time but thankfully holding onto the bulk of my collection. I am excited to get back into the format and am looking for people and places to play near my area.
