I heard about you guys a while back, I was planning on going but didn't for some reason (I imagine it was work related). Regardless going to try to make it at some point in the future.

This sort of just popped up when I was gauging interest in playing vintage at an FNM. Ian (one of the TOs) said he could definitely find a time where people could play if there was enough interest. More vintage can't be a bad thing.

For those of you in the NOVA area, Island Games said that they would start hosting unsanctioned vintage tournaments on Wednesdays at 7:30. We're just trying to start a vintage scene in the area, so some details might have to be fleshed out a little better for the future. Hope to see you there.

Howdy, i'm a relatively new vintage player from the NOVA region. I started playing magic a while back (I think around 7th edition), but didn't really get into some of the more competitive aspects until late high school/college. Really got hooked on vintage when a friend who went to FNM in college introduced me to vintage via proxies and we enjoyed jamming games at FNM. Sadly that died down when he graduated, luckily there are a few guys around here with an interest in vintage and a bunch of people who play legacy who hopefully will be down to play vintage.

Hopefully looking to get more involved with vintage now that I have graduated and have some disposable income to spend on some vintage staples.
