1  Vintage Community Discussion / General Community Discussion / Re: EMERGENCY - Please Help Me... Cards Stolen Today on: August 03, 2006, 08:20:25 pm
Hey, sorry to hear about ur loss. My buddies and I will definatly be keeping an eye out at our local shops and everything down here in Illinois, I know were pretty far, but it is certainly the least we can do to at least try to help. We personally never spoke or anything but I heard from lots of people that you are a really cool guy, and this sucks so hard that something like this always happens to the nice people. Again I will alert all shops in the area and do my best with anything you need help with. (I'll even keep an eye on ebay)  Very Happy

I'm going to have to agree with Moxlotus on this one, There are many Vintage players in the Midwest area that would like to not have to travel a great distance EVERY time to get to these tournaments.

Chicago anyone???

The biggest problem I see with the deck is you have too many lands, and not enough brainstorms.

True, Stifle does rock, and I guess that after you get an Erayo to flip you really don't need many more counterspells.

But I'm still wondering what made you change decks to stax for day 2???

Oh, and the tournament was http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=27869.0

I believe it was round 2, and you destroyed my ass with Gifts/FlameVault. (back when it was legal to do so)

Hey, I believe I played you a while back in Wisconsion a month or two ago, but anyways I like the build, the deck seems unique and hot.

I was just wondering why you run stifles over counterspell or mana drain or even less Stifles for one of the other two? And also Why you didn't play the deck on day two???
