I am 2 short of my power 10.  I would love to finish it off though!

The best bet I have found so far for getting power cards is to go somewhere else.   You know you can't get it reasonably where you currently are now (or else you would already have it), so you need to take a well planned road trip to somewhere you know will have the card you need tweak your skillz and win a TMD tourney.
