Just a little question at the moment:

When I search the current Vintage Banned/Restricted list on the wizards site, I get a list that says it has been updated on December 1 (and shows restricted Brainstorm and Ponder), but it still has a restricted Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Time Spiral, etc on it. Still the changes page said there had been no changes to the Vintage list with the December 1 update.

Now I am puzzled... Is Time Spiral unrestricted now? And the moxen (Chrome and Diamond)? Personal Tutor? I've seen decklists from tournaments with 4 Chrome's in them, so they had to be unrestricted somewhere along the line, but are they restricted again now? Or am I looking in some terrible wrong place?

If anyone knows, please let me know and end my confusion.
