Certainly the intent is to get people in Dallas to come. We'll be having more tournaments in the future that will be worth driving in from out of town for.
Also, prizes will be going to the top 8 and will be generous, but since I don't know how many players I'm going to have, I don't know how much will be paid out. Probably be something along the lines of 3 packs per paid entry, distributed to the top 8.

Comic Book Craze, located in NE Dallas (some would call it Garland) is hosting a Legacy event on Saturday 9/16/2006.

Legacy, $10. Registration at 3:30, Play begins at 4.
Decklists will be required. This will be a 24K event if we get enough players.

1st Place - Free Magic for the rest of 2006. Free entrance into every constructed Magic tournament that we run at Comic Book Craze until December 31st. (Does not include booster drafts).

There will be additional prize support dependant on the number of players. Door prizes as well. And of course as always, if Roy Spires is in the event, anyone that sweeps him gets a free candy or soda.
