Eternal Formats / Creative / Dark Depths Hexmage Rounding Out

I am most of the away through making this deck, and I need help rounding out the last few cards.
If I counted right, it needs 4 cards, and a sideboard (where I need a lot of help)
Urborg and fetch lands are obvious choices. Anything else?
Thanks guys

I've been playing this deck for a while with mixed success.
Here's some useful info:
It dies to creature-based decks unless it can discard or counter most of them. It really doesn't seem to care much which of the main vintage decks it plays against, as long as it casts Hymn to Tourach early. Yawg Will = Win even if it doesn't do anything. Null Rod is not going anywhere. Vampire Hexmage is there for Planeswalkers more than anything else. Dark Depths is kind of a bonus.
Mana: 4 x Underground Sea 4 x Polluted Delta 4 x Dark Ritual 2 x Flooded Strand 1 x Bloodstained Mire 1 x Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth 1 x Island 1 x Swamp 1 x Mox Sapphire 1 x Mox Jet 1 x Black Lotus 1 x Lotus Petal
Spells:
4 x Force of Will 4 x Mana Drain 1 x Ancestral Recall 1 x Time Walk 1 x Brainstorm 1 x Hurkyll’s Recall
4 x Hymn to Tourach 4 x Duress 2 x Thoughtseize 1 x Vampiric Tutor 1 x Demonic Tutor 1 x Yawgmoth’s Will
Permanents: 1 x Necropotence 3 x Null Rod 1 x Pithing Needle 1 x Dark Depths
Creatures: 3 x Dimir Cutpurse 2 x Augury Adept 2 x Vampire Hexmage
Sideboard: 4 x Leyline of the Void 2 x Bojuka Bog 2 x Damnation 2 x Vampire Hexmage 1 x Echoing Truth 1 x Hurkyll’s Recall 1 x Pithing Needle 1 x Dark Depths 1 x Dimir Cutpurse

I'm playing in New England, if that affects anything.
The basic idea here is instead of waiting to disrupt plays, what if I just take them away. I plan to keep the 4 x Hymn to Tourach in there, so start from there.
Suggestions are welcome.
4 x Force of Will 4 x Mana Drain 2 x Counterspell
4 x Hymn to Tourach 3 x Duress 2 x Thoughtseize
3 x Tombstalker 2 x Dimir Cutpurse
1 x Time Walk 1 x Imperial Seal 1 x Demonic Tutor 1 x Vampiric Tutor 1 x Ancestral Recall 1 x Brainstorm
3 x Null Rod 2 x Pithing Needle 2 x Echoing Truth 1 x Tendrils of Agony
Mana (22) 3 x Dark Ritual 1 x Mox Jet 1 x Mox Sapphire 1 x Black Lotus 4 x Underground Sea 4 x Polluted Delta 2 x Flooded Strand 3 x Swamp 3 x Island
Sideboard
3 x Engineered plague 2 x Yixlid Jailer 4 x Damnation 4 x Leyline of the Void 1 x Planar Void 1 x Hurkyll’s Recall

I'm trying to create a similar version of this deck, basically designed around getting in the way of a lot of important Vintage Cards. Its started as U/W control, but that became less than viable.
Here's a partial list:
3 x Null Rod 3 x Duress 4 x Hymn to Tourac 3 x Thoughtseize 2 x Dark Confidant 2 x Dimir Cutpurse 4 x Mana Drain 4 x Counterspell 3 x Pithing Needle 3 x Meddling Mage 1 x Demonic tutor 1 x Vampiric Tutor 1 x Imperial Seal
Staples are in there

This deck needs some improvement or input from the Matgic community. The build tests fine, but it really needs to be ready for Goblin Welder decks as well as anything that runs a whole lotta artifacts.
Spells:
4 x Counterspell 4 x Force of Will 2 x Swords to Plowshares 1 x Cryptic Command 1 x Merchant Scroll 1 x Echoing Truth 1 x Repeal 1 x Brainstorm 1 x Time Walk 1 x Ancestral Recall 1 x Balance
Creatures:
4 x Augury Adept 4 x Ophidian 3 x Jotun Grunt 3 x Meddling Mage 2 x Exalted Angel
Enchantments:
2 x Zur’s Weirding
Mana:
5 x Moxen 1 x Black Lotus 1 X Strip Mine 4 X Tundra 4 X Flooded Strand 2 X Polluted Delta 3 X Plains 4 X Island
Sideboard:
4 x Null Rod 4 X Leyline of the Void 2 X Trickbind 2 X Kataki, War’s Rage 3 x Pithing Needle
The basic idea is to put out Zur's Weirding and anything that gains me life and/or cards. Basically, I smash, and my opponent never draws again.
A Mana Drain or Two probably goes in there somewhere.
I could use suggestions on where to bring this deck.

THE WIZARD'S DUEL 675 Centre St Brockton, MA 02302
(508) 584-9572
Legacy Noon on Saturdays. 15 proxies
Just get off 24 at Route 123 East and stay on 123 through Brockton. It will be on your right. If you hit Wal Mart in Abington, you've gone too far.
Really cool place. Just make sure you keep your cool. If you're not the kind of person with whom people can have fun playing Magic, don't bother coming. You all know the type of person I'm talking about. Let's try to give this place some good business.

Vintage Community Discussion / Rules Q&A / Humility and everything else

I am receiving conflicting reports as to the power of humilty. Some people are saying that timestamping is gone, and others have other ideas. I am not worried about opalesence
I'm just on this:
What happens if humility come into play while there is a crusade in place? Is it the same as if crusade comes after humility?
When do +1/+1 counters get counted?
When do Creature Enchantments get counted.
Does Glorious Anthem have any point in a deck running humility? If so, explain what I would need to do in order to have it be useful.
thanks

The spell cannot go off, and you will never again have a chance to resolve the spell. It remains removed from the game until the game is over. This pretty much ruins the day of any opponent waiting for Ancestral Visions to resolve.
