I found three issues with your most recent list Steve.
1) You have Timetwister starred as a format staple, and Time Walk unstarred as a niche card. I think you got those reversed. 2) You have Scalding Tarn double starred, and you've switched to a starred/unstarred system instead of a multiple star rating system. 3) You took Worldgorger Dragon, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Dance of the Dead, and Read the Runes out of the list - all part of the newer Dragon shell. But you left Oona, Queen of the Fae on the list when, I believe, Dragon was the only deck in Vintage running her (as a win condition).

Looks like the Pony Nine won't be making an appearance. Today was supposed to be a day off from work for me, but I came in for some OT for some classroom training. I was told it would be four hours, in and out. Nine hours later, I'm finally leaving and no way in hell I'm going to drive 3.5 hours to Sandusky, play Vintage all day, and drive 3.5 hours back home on 4 hours of sleep. Oh, and that training killed my plans to attend the only day I could attend a local church fair that comes once a year and has the best damned food in the city.
The Pony Nine will make it's first public tournament appearance on the 24th in Columbus, however.

Where is the "six", i.e. the SB vault transform?
As far as SCM goes, I don't see what it adds specifically to the deck as a combo piece. What you suggest seems inefficient tbh.
As a general piece, it actually sounds good with RTRs. SCM. Later you can cast RTR and sacrifice your SCM, and then reanimate SCM with extra animates.
I thought the "Six" of Minus Six was because of the six damage you take flipping WGD to Bob? You know...flip WGD to Bob, and you're "Minus Six" life.

I tried to defoil my entire deck over the last couple of years.
+1. For whatever reason, I really like having everything be unpimped. I do, however, NEED full art lands to feel comfortable. My power is all beta and alpha, so I'm not sure what Solaran X's criticism is I thought I saw an Unlimited Time Walk. AND I'M TALKING ABOUT YOUR DUALS, MAN! Revised duals...come on Steve...

Also, a minor rules quibble: Notably, [Dismember] can be played for one mana under a Trinisphere.
I'm pretty confident that's incorrect. If you choose to pay and 4 life, Trinisphere will raise that cost to and 4 life. I am not totally sure about that. This isn't like Force of Will or Daze where you are paying an alternate casting cost for the entire card, where the mana cost is actually 0 in the eyes of Trinisphere. With Dismember, you're paying 1pBpB for the spell, with actual card text (rules text) saying pB can be paid for with either 2 life or B. Either way, pB is met for the actual casting of the card at the printed mana cost, which is 3CMC. The comp rules are actually somewhat unclear on this interaction at the moment, but it's been officially ruled to raise the cost to 3 generic mana even if you pay Phyrexian mana with life. See for instance this thread http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/27692021/601.2b_needs_to_reference_phyrexian_mana_symbols_aka_Trinisphere_vs_phyrexian_manaI wouldn't call that officially ruled. WotC_MattT said a change had been made for the next update, seeming in reference to the ubiquity of the wording of the comprehensive rules in reference to Phyrexian Mana. He didn't actually say how the spell interacts with Trinisphere. It remains my take that Trinisphere still sees 3CMC spent to cast Dismember, since the pB requirement can be paid for with either 2 life or B. pB is still being paid for. We'll see for sure soon.

I definitely look forward to a Legacy checklist again eventually, and will definitely love the 50 Decks of Vintage. Just please go into depth about the differences between seemingly similar decks (such as Stax and Espresso Stax). Me and Steve may have had differences in the past, but he knows Vintage and I got to give him credit for how he puts his knowledge out there for the rest of us.
I did notice a few minor things in Steve's Vintage checklist, both this time and the previous one. No inclusion of Phyrexian Tower and Engineered Plague - both of which are sideboarded in Dark Times. And you include the other aspects of Dark Times. Also no inclusion of Elvish Visionary, Quirion Ranger, and Gleeful Sabotage - all are used in Elves. And you include the other aspects of Elves, including Regal Force and Summoner's Pact which, to my knowledge, see no play outside of Elves.

I apologize then. I received a text regarding this event last night, and then found the post here on SCG with a time stamp of 10/29/08. I had (wrongly) assumed the time stamp on TMD was 10/29/08, since many people (myself included) announce events on different websites at the same time for the best amount of exposure.
May I suggest that in the future we maintain an open line of communication between myself, yourself, and Superior Sports Cards so as not to host conflicting events on the same date? Perhaps even organizing a more rapid hosting of events (perhaps 1 or 2 a month at various venues?)?
I was in the wrong, and I won't make that mistake again. Tonight I'll discuss with the owner of CCGs about rescheduling my event a week back (the 29th). Hopefully better coordination can prevent this confusion in the future.

#1 If you event was planned on the 1st, why did you wait until the 29th to post about it? Had you posted on the 1st, I could've scheduled around it and avoided this conflict of date/times. #2 Actually, according to WotC we're the same format. Eternal. Just different sides of the same format. And I've been in Vintage for a long time, just can't get back into it since selling my collection several years ago. #3 I'm not the store owner, just the guy pushing the Legacy events to attempt to get some strong interest locally in Eternal formats. #4 This is the second time this has happened. The first time it happened, I know for a fact my event was planned and announced prior to your's and Ron's - because I was in his store when he was on the phone trying to decide on how many proxies to permit and how to structure the prizes. #5 That was partly my fault for pushing for such a large prize and a sanctioned event without first testing the waters. And notice I didn't bring that up - only our previous August Legacy event that was run concurrent to your Vintage.
And you should look at dates. When you posted your tournament on 10/29/08, our tournament had already been announced and posted on 10/13/08. We announced/posted 15 days prior to you, and this looks very suspicious is all I'm saying.
I'm not trying to attack anyone. But when I plan an event, post information about it, and then a few weeks later another local store posts another event with better prize support on the same date and time...it makes me seriously think about not even bothering to host events anymore if I'm constantly going to be, by my preception, 1-up'd by a better supplied store. Especially when it happens twice in four months.

POSSIBLE DATE CHANGE!!! More information to follow!!!
Once again, Mr. Nice Guy Games in Oakmont has scheduled a Vintage tournament offering a Mox for 1st Place on the same date and time as my Legacy event...AFTER I posted the date and time and information for my events (my events were posted on 10/13/08 for an 11/22/08 tournament, Mr. Nice Guy Games posted their's on 10/29/05 for an 11/22/08 tournament...seems suspicious).
I'll be talking to the owner of the store tonight about rescheduling my event.
