Hi everyone. My name is Mitch and I live in Northern California.  I stumbled upon this site today and I'm very glad to have found it!  I used to play magic when i was younger (the last set I remember purchasing a pack for was Fallen Empires .... yeah it's been a while) and after taking over ten years offI have the itch to play again.  Surprisingly, after not playing a game of magic for over a decade, I haven't forgotten how to play at all.  I have been reading articles and purchasing cards for a deck I want to build so if anyone knows of any Vintage tourneys in Nor Cal please let me know!!  Thanks , Mitch

I just started playing again after taking many years off and was a little confused and I'm hoping you all can help me out.  I have a deck with several dual lands and a Gauntlet of Might.  Take a Taiga, for example.  The card states that it counts as both a mountain and a forest.  So if I have the GoM in play and tap the Taiga for green mana, does it also generate me a red mana?
