Forgive my ignorance but, is this the first time a non force of will deck has won vintage champs?

This card seems good if you can get it out. Some synergy with divining top as you basically get to choose which of the three cards you want to play that turn.

@ troy. What would be the benefits of the riftstone portal? Yes all land would be able to produce green and white, but what spells would you be able to cast with it? Im assuming you mean it for sphere effect decks to help push through those spells and maybe to dodge spell pierce. But other than that I can't think of anything else

I dont know on hand about left over mana from mono brown stax but with red stax i tend to mid game have mana left over after emptying my hand... and since there is a semi discussion on what to use to use a draw between bottled cloister and bazaar top/mask  what about minds eye? 5 mana for an artifact whenever an opponent draws a card you may pay 1 if you do draw a card.  Ideally you dont want opponents to be casting lots of draw spells and you cant use workshop to pay the cost, but it doesnt have the oh shoot i lost my hand to that bounce spell like cloister or the 2 card dependancy that bazaar top/mask is with.

Hell with karn in the deck it becomes a 5/5 that can draw you cards

hax you have interested me in this top bazaar combo... would you be willing to post a list here? with the closest tournament for me being two states away and i plan on making one in june. I am contemplating Uba/stax and would like to see your opinion on what you might play if you were going to that.

im sure this is a dumb question.. but how did they kill uba? cause of gush galore and the tyrants ruling the skies? maybe the Flash in a pan deck? but why is it dead? WHY VROMAN!!!
