Ladies and Gentlemen,
I announce that I no longer hold an interest in organising Tournaments for Magic the Gathering. This comes from several new developments in my life, that i feel require my upmost attention, and sincerely the risk necessary to run the games just isn't fruitious enough to warrant the insanity of repeatedly attempting to make it work out.
As you all know there is a Type 1 Event scheduled for next week (Sunday, the 30th Power 9 series Game 4) unfortunately i must postpone/cancel this event until further notice, as we lost yet another venue which to have the event, i am not prepared or willing to move the location again at this time, so i will scout out another venue should the powers that be allow it. When i do find a place to hold this tourney, it will be my last Type 1 event indefinitely. I will keep you posted once a new venue is secured.
As for the Game 2 of my Platinum Series to be held on September 12th...at the moment this will continue to be held at the American Inn, in Wheatridge, if anything new develops or falls apart i will let you know asap. But this will be the last Type 2 event i will host indefinitely.
I will continue to play MTG on some sort of basis, so i'll be around to test, discuss developments in strategy, and most of all, for those of you whom consider us friends, i will continue to be a friend.
But please understand...the next 2 events are extremely volatile, they may not happen at all, i'll require them to take the path of least resistance for me to want to hold them...so let's keep our fingers crossed. I will inform you about the status of the T1 events future asap and the Type 2 events future as well. I will continue running an ebay store, so if you ever wish to sell me cards, or collections, or come over to my place to practice, i would love to have you over. Or just to have a chat.
It truly has been an amazing, life changing 3 years being your TO, but all things come to an end. Just know that more good things will sprout up in my place.
Peace, Love and Hairgrease.
Love, Ed Word

Hey Ya'll
There will probably be dual lands for the taking as well, i'm still in the process of buying other cards for this and other events in Time Warp's Power 9 Series or Tournaments. I'll be sure to sweeten the pot, no worries there...
As for the foil proxy thing i really don't know how to handle it. I've been told that the foil proxy thing is easy to cheat with as your foilies stand out from the crowd of other cards making it easy to stack the deck or shuffle til you feel it....if you guys have a better idea for the foil proxy thing let me know, i'm open to suggestions. I'm aware that many real cards come in foil and you should be allowed to play them, so i'm torn about what to do on this one.....do we just allow foil proxies in any number, and if we catch you cheating feed you to the Kraken? Let me know what some of you think....peas...

But Wait there's more.... Alright folks just when you thought it couldn't get any hotter, not only are we allowing foil proxies (FOIL LANDS ARE BEST and STILL FOLLOW THE LEGIBILITY RULE as well as RELEVANT RULES TEXT for cards not commonly known)... But in addition to Dan Frazier attending the Fray, DOUG SHULER AND MIKE KIMBLE will Also be there for signings....thats right, read it weep and read it and weep again....3 Artists......the only thing better would be Jessica Alba appearing.....and to tell ya, if i tried i might be able to make that happen at the next one....(we will be hosting a MOX Series BTW....all the moxes...ending with a Grand Tourney for a BLACK LOTUS....more TBA) Anyhow that's it....and we if catch you using foils proxies to cheat i will feed you to the KRAKEN!!!!! So...SAVE THE DATE October 19th @ 12pm Type 1 Vintage at Time Warp in Boulder CO $15 See ya there? Peas and Carrots, Ed Word Oh yeah, Hey Lou.....aren't you Team Warp? Where you at? Who's Team Mean Deck.....Team Warp is a bit jealous of your failure to mention your alliance with the only Team in CO rocking Formats.....well, at least we plan on it....

WASABI!!!
Tis none other than EYE 73H Wizord!!!!!
Just a few updates to the game on the 19th.....
1. Doug Shuler can not make it....DAN will be there for most of the day, if by chance he leaves before the game is over, we can take a vote to have the MOX JET signed or altered before he goes....
2. (sorry Golenda) Foil Proxies are GOOD....so long as they follow the same criteria previously set by Steve....clean, all relevant rules and trigger text....WITH AN HUGE EMPHASIS ON CLEAN AND LEDGIBLE......please and thanks.....
3. After the vintage Tourney there will be Poker Tourney......use cards for the pot....other options may be available....but use good cards only!!! No ReBuys, No Sale of chips...once in you stay in or lose your chips, once out...you stay out...done and done...see ya there?
