Why not run Thoughtseize over Cabal Therapy? The Flashback is neat, but I'd rather get what I was looking for on the first try. Also, you're only really running 12 creatures, since you'll rarely cast the Elvish Spirit Guides. Also, Null Rod has many uses other than versus Tez and Combo. And considering how good Tez decks are, you should probably be running the rod regardless.

No one thinks a card is good enough until someone wins something with it. Strategic Planning is a good example of this. The only way to be sure is to try to break it.

From what I've seen in Vintage, your opponent could be playing any deck at any time. Depending on the deck you play, your primary concern should be your deck's weaknesses. Basically, know the hate that will hurt you, and be prepared for when you get hit with it. Trying to predict what someone will play in a Vintage tournament is impossible.

My name is Anthony Bucchioni, but I'm known in the Cleveland area as Grease.
I started playing Magic in 1998, just as Tempest came out. For the next seven years, I was heavily involved in the standard format. Eventually, I started hanging out with Nam Tran and all those crazy people at The Warzone. Becoming a Vintage player was inevitable. As soon as I judge a sanctioned tournament, I'll be reactivated as a level one judge. I'm also a level one judge for the World of Warcraft TCG. It's a great game, especially as a balance to Vintage Magic.
I just played in my first tournament since January of 2007. I'm in it more for the people than the game, honestly.
