I acutally tested this today, and I was rather impressed. He is a nice mana sink, and surives your "Oh, shit I'm in trouble better reset" button in Disk. He is a never dying blocker and a good option in the UR versions of Landstill. I don't feel he belongs in the UW version because they have Decree of Justice to fill his slot.

I noticed that our board does not have one of these so I thought I could make one. Everyone list what programs they have to play Magic with, and their AIM or MSN name. Then we can IM each other or whatnot asking for games.

Jazzykat is 150% right. In all the games I've played with FCG I prefer winning now to dicking around and giving them time to possibly recover, and win. If I am going first and know I'm playing against Workshop.dec I will take a mulligan to get a Lackey unless I have some insane hand. So Vandal has no place IMO.

Yeah, if you want to shore up Parfaits weakness I have a really good solution. Change decks.

If I was JP Meyer I would be able to get away with a one or two word flame. However I have to say something semi intellegent because I am not Mr. Meyer. So here goes.

I honestly have no idea why I beat Parfait every time I play it but I do. It sucks ass and I don't know why it does, but it does.

Ok, When I get power and whatnot I'm going to riffle. I riffle the fuck out of my cards. They are MEA[/b]NT to be played. NOT sit in cases to be stared at. If one of my opponets wants to shuffle, fine, I don't care if they riffle AS LONG AS THEY KNOW HOW TO FUCKING DO IT RIGHT! If anyone EVER pile shuffles I shuffle their deck NO MATTER WHAT. There are just too many ways to stack the deck with pile shuffling, even when you cut. If they have a problem with that (me shuffling after they pile shuffle) that is hardcore proof that they are cheating. (IMHO) and I WILL call a judge to shuffle their deck.



So there is nothing to be gained in winning a lotus, or a mox? Hell those are worth more then anything I could win at a local FNM and I STILL shuffle my opponents deck there. Just another $0.02 from me.

It has to be 5. It can not go beyond that for both the health of the metagame and to keep both player groups happy. If you allow 0 proxies all the budget players are really pissed and the not so budget players are happy. At 10 the people who pitched out 3 grand for their power are saying "Well fuck why did we waste that 3k" While budget players are happy. 5 is a happy medium that neither side is totally happy with but can live with.
