I'm starting a mailing list for those interested in getting information and updates about the upcoming ToC. This boards will have some information posted, but in general all stuff will be handled on this list, simply for sake of consitency.

If I was you I'd make sure not to get many entries. Remember what happened to some of the last ToCs? Got so big and hard to set the matches that some people begun to quit, etc...

Establish a limit on those entries.

I don't believe in setting an entry limit. If 150 people want to join, so be it. I volunteered for this, so I can't really blame anyone else if I have to spend more time than I expected.

Besides, an overabundance of entries doesn't worry me at the moment. Quite the contrary. I feel this may be a rather small tournament.

I have a humble suggestion.  If you haven't already, it may be a good idea to email everyone on your emailing list a warning that their entry is due by this Saturday.

Ah, an excellent point...well, I don't see why not. (there are no technical difficulties to it, right?) I suppose you could cheat, but SB is openly known, and it's not like this is for money or anything. We're working with an honor system here.
