This is the deck:
1   Strip Mine
1   Lotus Petal
18  Swamp
2   Wasteland

4   Dark Ritual
4   Phyrexian Dreadnought
4   Hypnotic Specter
1   Necropotence
1   Demonic Consultation
3   Unmask
4   Tainted Pact
1   Vampiric Tutor
1   Demonic Tutor
4   Duress
4   Hymn to Tourach
1   Mind Twist
1   Yawgmoth's Will
1   Mana Crypt
1   Sol Ring
4   Illusionary Mask

Sideboard
The Sideboard
4   Dystopia
2   Diabolic Edict
3   Terror
1   Unmask or 1 Mutilate(wrath of god effect)
2   Diabolic Edict
1   Skeletal Scrying
2   Powder Keg

I don't own any part of the power, so this will be an unpowered deck.

The metagame is mostly aggro based decks, with a lot of bad aggro, bad control (deck full of counters) and bad t2/extended hybrids, with a few good suicide, oath, white weenie, stompy, and this one person running an aluren/sliver deck. THe people who actually have power have only a few parts (LoA, mox jet, no lotuses, mox emerald, mox ruby, mox sapphire).

My sideboard needs help. NOt sure about the unmask/mutilate or skeletal scrying. Also, is terror necessary?

Please leave comments. Thanks.

Your deck looks already very solid, but ...

Comments you want, Comments you get:

I would strongly consider a splash, even if you do not own any power, for two reasons:
- You gain added versality
- Your Tainted Pacts become better
Good Splash Colors are Blue (although it is mostly used for Ancestral Recall and Time Walk, but also for Recoil) or White (for seal of Cleansing and Swords to Plowshares, probably better in your case).

If you splash use the new fetchlands, duals and the Painlands, and don´t forget to make half your swamps snow-covered for the Tainted Pacts.

I would also play a few Negators main and cut back on the Hippies, since double balck mana is not as easy as it sounds in this deck and Negators can apply some very quick presure against control and combo.

In this deck Mishra´s Factories are beter that Strip effects. At least according to -CF-, and he definitely knows the deck a lot better than I do.

Lotus Petal is just bad, don´t use it.

With a white splash the deck should look something like

4 Illusionary Mask
4 Phyrexion Dreadnaught
3 Phyrexian Negator
2 Hypnotic Specter

1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Demonic Consultation
1 Demonic Tutor
4 Tainted Pact
1 Necropotence
1 Yawgmoth´s Will

4 Duress
2 Hymn to Tourach
2 Unmask
1 Mind Twist

1 Seal of Cleansing
1 Swords to Plowshares/Diabolic Edict

4 Dark Ritual
1 Sol Ring
1 Mana Crypt
1 Mana Vault
1 Mox Diamond
3 Scrubland
3 Polluted Delta
3 Bloodstained Mire
1 Caves of Koilos
3 Swamp
3 Snow-Covered Swamp
3 Mishra´s Factory

Sideboard:

More Seal of Cleansing/Swords to Plowshares/Diabolic Edict
the 4th Negator
Contaigon
Masticore
Dystopia
Cursed Totem

I would normally agree with this, but since this is almost a combo deck and unpowered, the Petal may give you exactly the boost you need. It let´s you pull the combo a whole turn faster or lets you Duress before you play it.
