I know many people think that sui is the way to go in type 1 due to it's pro-active control, the land disruption, and the speed.
But what really does sui have to watch out for?  I don't know of any decks that sui TOTALLY has to watch out for... maybe Oath, but then maybe not.  Anyway, I don't think black has as much hate going against it as other colors do.
Maybe I'm just stupid, but anyone want to post something about black or sui?  I like the color, but I don't play it much.

Thanks!

Things Sui should watch out for:

1.  Parfait.  This should require no explanation.
2.  Oath - unless you manage to keep Oath off the table, this matchup can be VERY difficult.
3.  Sligh - You WILL lose game 1.  You have the upper hand in games 2 and 3, but Sligh has the uncanny ability to just pull a win out of its ass.
4.  TnT - I have yet to beat this deck playing Sui.  I don't know about everyone else, but I find this matchup VERY HARD.

I just made a sui deck from the primer that was on here, i am missing three sinkholes but just proxied them in, and played anyway, my friends didn't mind.  I am missing like 2 other cards but didn't have a problem.  Its pretty fun to play, and i like it alot, I had a problem like the 4th game i played due to mana shortage, in the first three turns, which just put me behind a little, but it worked out in the end.  I think i might have died though, and it was against a U/W counter deck, and a poor one at that.  I feel so ashamed.  I need to play more just to see how it will react against different decks, but so far my experience has been a good one.

Even the author of the Sucide Black Primer admits that the matchup against Keeper is in favour of the Keeper Deck after sideboarding, and that was before Keeper started using the fetchlands (very useful against land destruction) and Brainstorm (good against discard).

Thanks for all your help, you have helped me more than you know.  Anyway, if you play a deck that includes Land Tax in it, is that a good balance for Sui land destruction?  It seems like it, but I know many things that people think will happen do not in real tournements.

Anyway, I always see that Parfait is a problem deck for many decks in type 1.  Any idea on how to play against it with Oath?

Oh, and one more thing.  Right now I'm too lazy to look it up, but with the Sui Negators, do they sac a permenant for every 1 damage dealt to it or just damage?  Because if it's sacing a permenant for EVERY point then I should've won this game.

(Oh, and yes, Sligh does have a way of pulling a win out of it's ass, that deck is pretty annoying but sideboarding usually cripples it)

PS I changed my name to CounterStrike from ReplenishedMesa, so I'm the same guy   .

They sac 1 permanent for each point of damamge. Look Negator up in the rules mill (with the "search" button) for more info.
