Hi ! have a huge problem, playing tournament soon and still got no final decklist of my pox deck.

That appears to be 68 cards without the Swamps.
First It would be helpful if we knew something of the metagame.
You should try to get a Nether Spirit and of course 4 Duress and 4 Sinkholes if at all possible.
I'd also recommend some Wastelands. With the Nether Spirit and the Idols you should run creatureless, at least maindeck.
Mind Twist will be bad most of the time, don't run it (not enough mana to make it effective). The Spites are not worth running IMHO.
Search The Mana Drain for 'Pox' and you'll find detailed threads explaining card choices

Hi ! thx for posting, suree i can get duress thats not a problem.
my meta ..hmm.... mostly heavy aggro like sligh, WW, stompie or suicide black.
but theres a little chance to come against academy or keeper
does spinning darkness work together with yawgmoth's will
what do u think about mind twist in the deck ??

I don't know if you've read the Pox primer, but Mind Twist is generally a bad idea in Pox. Most times your deck will not have the mana to properly use it. 4 Duress, 4 Hymn and 4 Pox are enough discard.
Spinning Darkness does have negative synergy with Yawgmoth's Will, but sometimes it's nice having a "free" creature kill spell.
The four other cards in the build would normally be Sinkhole, but as you don't have access to that this is where you fit anything else that is metagame specific. You could try a 3cc land destruction, but it isn't the same. I might recommend upping the mana count by one (add an additional swamp) and then use your judgement on the remaining three slots, but don't put in anything over 3 mana or without an ACC. Given the aggro-heavy nature of your metagame some additional creature kill might not be a bad idea.
Now given the metagame expectations you list (and working within the card pool you outlined below) I would suggest something like this for a sideboard:
Sideboard: (15)
2 Dystopia (great against WW, stompy)
3 Contagion (against basically any aggro)
4 Phyrexian Negator (against combo/control)
3 Tormod's Crypt (Dragon combo, reanimator, TNT)
3 other
Oh, and for comparison I'll give my unpowered Pox. The only things you need to get would be the Sinkholes and Scrolls.

And if you haven't done so, go and read the Pox primer. It contains a lot of basic strategy relating to this deck. Hope this helps!
