I was having trouble with counter/burn so I added COP RED and Ivory Mask.
I am also geting killed by Illusionary Mask.  How do I tweak this deck to make it better.

Solidify the White and Black content of the deck and use Swords to Plowshares and Diabolic Edict.

Wow, this deck has alot of problems.
The mana base is terrible, Faire conclaves are suboptimal, as is less than 4 fetchlands. Scrublands are not as good as more blue duals, and at least one basic island and at least one 5 color land (city or undiscovered paradise) should probably be there. Also, with only one strip mine you leave yourself vulnerable to LOA, Mishra's factories, and other powerful lands.

I know that this is probably more of a monatary restriction than anything else, but replace the missing moxen with islands, and you can go up to 4 Volcanics if you want.

Another thing that looks like a monatary restriction is the counter base. Unfortunatly, mana drains are necessary for keeper, they power the truly broken game swinging plays that the deck needs. The 'standard' counterspell suite is
4 Force of Will
4 Mana Drain
1 Misdirection
Some people also play with one vanilla Counterspell.
Assuming you only have one mana drain or you would play more, try
4 Force of Will
1 Mana Drain
4 Counterspell
1 Misdirection

Forbid and Mana leak are both a little underpowered.

Your removal and tutor suite need work also. I would try
-1 Impulse
-1 Capsize
-1 Timetwister
-1 Soothsaying
-1 Wrath of God
for
+3 Swords to Plowshares
+1 Stroke of Genius
+1 Merchant Scroll

The sideboard needs work to, but i'll leave that for another day.

One of the first things you might want to mention when asking for help with a deck like this(especially when we see missing power/staples) are what budget constraints you are under(What power/staples you're missing, what you could aquire, etc).  Unfortunately, for a deck like Keeper, it's hard to provide good substitutes for the staples like the Moxen because it's cards like that that make the deck so good.  So for a start, I'd probably read Rakso's articles on Starcitygames.com on Keeper.  They should provide you with most of the basic information you'd want(Such as why to run Balance for example).  Then come back to ask questions(Because there seem to be many).

thanks for the help. all.  I have been looking things up and am on my way.  I just got the timewalk, mox jet and 3 more mana drains.

I am still curious on how keeper plays against mask and counter/burn. I have had trouble with them but that may be due to not having the proper cards.

The problem I am running into vs counter burn, is rainbow effreet. and disk.  I am making my side board with 4 pyroblast and 2 red elemntal blasts to help. I also added a Maze so it cant be targetted by disk.

I have put in shatter pulse and allay in my side board as well.

I will test it out in two weeks and let you guys know how it works
