This is a deck designed to beat control and it does so very effieciently.  It plays many silver bullet type cards maindeck and sideboard for keeper and 'tog.  The most powerfull of these being price of progress and blood moon which sit in the sideboard as they are not very powerful against aggro.  The idea behind the deck is to get some threats onto the board then play one of the 8 powerfull non-creature permenants that make it much harder for your opponent to stop you from winning (these being null rod and pyrostatic pillar).

Here's the List

The Goblin's Sligh

The Men
4 Goblin Pildriver
4 Goblin Vandal
4 Mogg Fanatic
3 Goblin Cadets
4 Seige-Gang Commander
4 Goblin Lackey

The Tech
4 Pyrostatic Pillar
4 Null Rod

The Burn
4 Lightning Bolt
3 Chain Lightning

The Fuel
a Ruby
a Lotus
a Strip
4 Wasteland
4 partially red Fetchlands
11 Mountains

The SideBoard
4 Price of Progress
3 Pulverize
2 Rack and Ruin
3 Pyrokinesis
3 Blood Moon

The sideboarding in this deck is commonly as follows

For aggro
- 3 Null Rod
+ 3 Pyrokinisis

For keaper
- 4 Bolt
- 3 Chain Lightning
+ 4 Price of progress
+ 3 Blood Moon

and for stacks
- 4 Pyrostatic Pillar
- 1 Goblin Cadets
+ 3 Pulverize
+ 2 Rack and Ruin

My enivironment consists mainly of scrubby aggro, stacks, keaper (the chronic), 'tog, dragon, and Neo-Tog.

The deck is a beating to keaper, 'tog, and Neo-Tog but is as all aggro decks completely destroyed by drgon.dec.  Answers including tormod's crypt have been tested to increase this matchup but they still fall short of consistant and dragon often has an answer to them.  While in doing this I water down the maindeck or sideboard for the other matchups.  Anything to help in this matchup or increase conisitency would be greatly appriciated.

I'd only play three Siege Gang Commanders because it's dead without a Goblin Lackey.  Also i'd play more fetchlands.
