The last post was probably moved because you are starting up a thread with a deck that is not Vintage forum playable.  The "Budget Stax" decks are discussed in the Basic Forum.  Budget Stax has a hard time against powered decks.

Stax, by definition, requires power cards to run properly.  Any "Budget Stax" deck will fall short of what is already a proven archetype.

ps: you need to drop to 60 cards.  Also, Static Orb is going to reduce the efficiency of your Isochron Scepters.
