I am primarily looking for help on the sideboard.  This will be played in a Type 1 (with 5 proxy) tourney.  It is largely made up of extended players and around 50% have dual lands.  Last time I was there, there were a few mono blue decks, an oath deck, 1 MBC, 1 PT Funk, and a few weenie burn decks.

In my testing this deck can go around 50/50 without boarding against goblin sligh, about 80% before boarding against old school MBC.

I need some ideas on what I can do as I am very afraid of a near mirror match or at least the MBC running crucible and wastelands.... Any ideas????

This looks a lot like The Rock from Extended Except you added White which helps cause Balance is Insane against Aggro decks which if theres a lot of Extended ports there will be.

I think Pernicious Deed is much better than Wraths since Deed can hit the whole Board. Artifacts and Enchantments 

Your deck lacks any Real Draw and maybe a good start would be adding Dark Confidant and Sensei's Diving top but maybe you don't like them.

The Deck has WAY to many Lands for me at least.  I think you can cut down to 18-20 lands which would open up slots for Confidants and Tops.
Id probably go with some basics also to help you against Wastelands

Lotus petal should probably be added since its a free mana that fixes your colors

Duress would give you the ability to disrupt your opponents hand and Cabal Therapy's could go to the board or maybe 2 mainboard 2 Sideboard?  This would help you against Blue Control decks.

Vampiric Tutor could take over Enlightened tutor since it can grab anything in the deck.

Troll Ascetic could be added to help speed the clock up since their a fast 3 drop they could help you deal with the Goblins and other aggro decks.

Disenchant, Oxidize, STP, Cabal Therapy's, Tormod's Crypt for your Sideboard?
