Hallo all

Recently a large shift has happened within my metagame, with about 10 old players rejoining the fold and distorting the metagame I was used to. this is my current meta-

Fully powered decks-
U/W control (OLD weissman build with stifles added and fetches)
EBA (semipowered)
1x landstill/hulk (changes every few weeks)
1x keeper
1x R/G/U Zoo
1x Sneak Attack (very good build)

other decks-
2/3x Landstill or Gay/r
1x Slax
3x R/G beats
1x Stompy
2x Sligh Variants
1x Dragon/Reanimator
2x Monoblue control/phid
2x Enchantress (one U/G, one W/U/G)
2x (bad) Suicides
1x budget dragon
1x unpowered eastman-esque keeper

Possibles
2x Oath (1 cognive, 1 standard)
1x Goblin chains
1x discard (fully powered)
1x PT funk w/ white
1x WW w/skullclamp
1x Rebels

in the top of the standings has been the powered Zoo for the past 2 weeks, and he is getting uppity. he just came back out of retirement and needs to learn some humility and new tech, but I am undecided as to what to play. I have extensive experience with masknought tuned for a control meta, but it feels as if there is a severe aggro shift to this metagame recently. I also have many many months of experience with a highly tuned confinement parfait that spent a few months owning this metagame when I first came back to this store 18 months ago. My Recent Successes here with Big-O were short lived when control all but disappeared. I have made top 4 for the past 9 weeks, but I want the win.

I can build any of the following decks, usually fully powered with exceptions as noted-

Masknought (tainted version)
Ninja Mask (any)
Venguer (also w/ white version by Carl)
Long variants (any)
Parfait (pretty much any)
URphid (Drainless version)
GAT (if it can be done drainless)
Oshowa stompy/Big-O
Dragon
all basic T1 aggro builds (sui, sligh, stompy, beatz)
Stoopid Madness

Any suggestions as to which deck to play would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking a current build of Draw-7 or TPS (or my own Deathlong build), or a very well tuned parfait could take this. the hulk is usually not a deck to worry about because he prefers landstill most days. the keeper players are not as good as average because they do not have as much play experience as I think would be necessary to know the deck.

Thanx to all suggestions and thanx for reading!

i have had alot of success with the madness variant of dragon and i would highly suggest it cause of its surprise factor plus it can just go beats with the aggro if you have problems with getting out the combo but its a good deck. my current build looks like this.

creatures//
4-basking rootwallas
4-wild mongrell
4-arrogant wurm
4-squee goblin nabob
3-worldgorger dragon
1-ambassador laquatus
1-anger
1-gorrila shaman
1-uktabi orangatan
spells//
4-survival of the fittest
4-animate dead
1-demonic tutor
1-ancestral recall
1-time walk
artifacts//
1-lotus
4-moxen(no pearl)
1-lions eye diamond
land//
4-bazaar of baghdad
4-taiga
4-bayou
2-tropical island
4-wooded foothills
1-windswept heath
1-forest

sideboard(mine sux)
1-caller of the claw
2-wonder
3-duress
3-xantid swarm
3-firery temper
3-goblin welder

well thats my decklist and i have done pretty good with it and the only deck that i have lost to at all has been control slaver(u/r version) other than that i have lost a game here and there but i have yet to lose a match againts any other deck yet (but it will happen now that i have sauid that).

thats my suggestion for a deck to run.

Gat should rock the house againt all that other control. As for mask I would run venguer over the other mask as it's excellent against control and weenie alike, and I like the additionl FEB win condition. I also don't see much combo which aggro should just roll-over if you decide dragon.
