Where:  The Collector's Corner (Formerly T&T Collectibles) in the Hadley Mall
When:  Deck registration starts at eleven (For real this time) and the tournament starts at twelve
Cost:  $15 a head
Prize structure:  First place is an unlimited Mox Jet, regardless of attendance.  Second and third to be determined based on attendance, but I'm itching to get rid of one of my masks so don't be surprised if you see it offered.
Dopeness factor:  Approximately 3.56 times the speed of awesome

So you guys all know the drill, though we've upped to labled tables and deck registration, and the store's got a new name, it's still the same old hadley.  Come on down and represent your team/hometown/whatever.  Last time we got some newcomers to the world of team representation in the form of Team Dubya and a legion of New Yorkers, let's keep it up.

EDIT:  PROXIES
There will be TEN proxies allowed again.  That's five times two.  Ten.  One less than eleven.  Please make sure they're large enough to be easily recognizable from across the table.  Color preferred.  I'll be leaving a checkbox on the deck reg forms for people to vote for future tournaments on the legality of proxies between five and ten, but for this one I assure you, the legal number is TEN.  Thanks.

Hmm, I like that dopeness factor, by my calculations thats... 313.280 mph. Not bad!

I'll be there (obviously)

Those who dare to brave the gauntlet that is HADLEY should come out and enjoy our hospitality  Twisted Evil

Hope to see y'all there.

Tsk tsk tsk, Dave, you put the decimal in the wrong place.  That's 3132.8 mph!

That's just not true, I had it right in the first place.

Unfortunately, I will not be attending.  This of course implies that Jacob may need a ride down there.

Not if I'm in California, I won't.

You'll STILL need a ride, just from California...

It was a good tournament. Really diverse meta, it was awesome to see so many different powered decks. All sorts of tight tmd-approved builds were represented.

The meta was geared towards aggro. I'm sure you'll see that in Ben's results.

I don't like writing reports for anything but wins unless it's a really large tourney. I'm sure you'll see my decklist for something I call 'Angry Dragon' when Ben puts up the results. . It was my first experiment with the deck which I first wrote the list for this week that added the Hermit Druid combo to Dragon. I've got a few changes in mind but it is EXTREMELY strong.

Incidentally Ray Robillard won with Landstill - he can't be stopped!

Incidentally, aggro made only a very small appearance.  Of the decks present, only six were not control or hard combo.  Discounting Ninja for combo nature, there were four aggro decks.

Ray took first, beating Loren H (no TMD name) in the finals

Loren beat Eastman
Ray beat Matt Snow (Diakonov, unregged)

Loren beat Jason Zheng (no TMD name as far as I know)
Ray beat Bryce (Kl0wn)
Eastman beat Grand Inquisitor
Diakonov beat Hulk3Rules

T8 will be posted tomorrow.  Tonight is to finish a draft and SLEEP.

In my deck(Ray R) there is an error...basically my fault

Ya see...I filled out my deck reg with funny names for everything like

Force of Will Smith
(Teenage) Wasteland
Polluted Delta Burke
ETC

in my board was 1 Dominate which I wrote as "Dominatrix"

unfortunately...Kowal must have thought it was a Damping Matrix
not sure why though...I'm pretty sure he saw me cast Dominate to steal a Dreadnought.  Confused

RIP Mogg Fanatic...at least you are still better than Fire Bowman!!!

I was once asked on MWS, what the highest I ever finished at a TMD Open was.  I replied, "I've never played in a Waterbury.  I was then called "A TOTAL NOOB!"

I typed in Dominatrix and asked Womp if he could retain the funny names.  I guess since Morphling.de does links to the card images that's not possible, so he had to put the names to the jokes.
