Since I passed my lvl1 test last week, I can now actually run the tournament as an official lvl1 judge

This tourney is on a saterday, and will be the only tournament this year on a saterday. This is because of the PTQ planned in the same venue on sunday.

bah, disregard the PTQ announcement.  The ptq is actually tomorrow. I messed the dates up. Now I have no clue why we had to move. Prolly something from the venue itself.
