Here's a card:

Ancestral Treaty {1} {W} {W}
Sorcery

Target player draws three cards.  That player's opponents may double their life total.

"This is a remarkable discovery; a treaty between Keld and Jamuraa."
-Githran Arabo, Mercadian archaeologist.

It plays on white's microtheme of giving your opponent life in order to do things, usually to draw cards (as seen on Armistice and Bargain)

I really, really, REALLY like this!! My only change would be to make it "you draw three cards" instead of target player, because otherwise this is too powerful as a life gain spell.

I'd make it an instant due to its similarity to Ancestral Recall.

I don't think it's a good idea to give the best weenie color a way to refill its hand on the cheap, especially since the best WW decks are Boros (and will be for a long time).  Neither Armistice nor Bargain do that.  The only cheap white spells that draw cards (besides cantrips) are Truce and Temporary Truce, and they're symmetrical.

@netherspirit, jro: I'm trying to make it so that it's more viable in multiplayer; however, if the majority feel that it's too strong as is, then I can change it.

@Design being a sorcery: it's not trying to be A. Recall; it's trying to be sort-of like its prodigal cousin.  Also, it would in all likelihood need to be costed much less effectively, more like {3} {W} {W}.
