If I have the ability to active Oath of Druids, but have no creatures left in my library, do I reveal no creatures thus completing the Oath?

Say I have a blessing or two left in my library, they would then trigger refilling my library.

If I had a second oath in play, I could then Oath out a creature that was shuffled back in, correct?  Otherwise I would have to wait until the next upkeep to oath (assuming the conditions were still right).

If you have no creature left in your deck and choose to use Oath, then your entiere library will be milled. Then Gaea's Blessings will trigger and shuffle your graveyard into your library. If you have a second Oath in play, you'll be able to Oath up a critter you've just shuffled.
