Nope.

Firstly, I wouldn't even touch FEB over Vengeur Masque, since Vengeur is basically just flat-out superior.

Secondly, Vengeur has seen better days than it is seeing now.  I don't see how FEB could conceivably be anything more than a casual deck.

You can killl 3 round. So it can be powerfull.

So can Neo-Academy. Is that deck considered playable anymore? I don't think so.

No, since mask isn't that good in nowadays's metagame, I don't see how FEB could be as Mask is for myself way more resilient and can fight with its disruption (FoW and Duress in Ninja) while it can kill you in 2 turns as FEB can do.

No, I really don't see how FEB could make its comeback, sorry.
