I think it's costed well enough, but it might be broken in a tog deck or something.

It's awfully dangerous. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that breaks it, but it's a pure engine - lets you freely move cards from your library to hand to graveyard, which is a huge red flag for a combo card.

In it's current form it's very combo friendly. Not something that would actually see print.

However, Wizards still prints dangerous cards (Skullclamp, Zombie Infestation, etc.) but they usually tack on a mana cost. Putting 2 or 3 mana in the activation cost would make it realistic, with 1 probably being a little low.

In response to your spell, I'll discard two cards and draw a card, then I'll discard Circular Logic and Obsessive Search, pay {U}, draw two cards and counter that spell unless you pay 3.
