I went for the first time last year, and they had approximately two Type 1 events per day.  Prizes for the regular events were product (packs) depending on how many people signed up.  They also had the two big tournies on Saturday, one for black lotus painting and the other for $200.

Any Idea when Wizards/Gencon is going to release the tourny schedule? I know the Vintage World Championship will probably be on the 21st (of Aug.), but would love to see the rest or the times/dates.

I've gone for a lot of years, typically the thursday night tournament will get like 40+ people, the friday will have slightly more 50-60, and the saturday cash tournament is usually 80-100.  This excludes last year (I didn't go last year with the vintage championship, but there were the 2 big tournaments on saturday).  the Sunday tournament gets anywhere from 20-40 people depending on who's left.

Does anyone on TMD live around there, or does everyone just go get hotels?
