{T}, Sacrifice ~this~: Add {3} to your mana pool. This mana can only be used to play activated abilities on permanents you control.

Slaver secured, LAND so it isn't totally viable with Charbelcher and I somehow like it. It is good, but not too good, and Rod stops it.
Probably needs a new name Smile
